We found that Adair offered open and honest answers from the first time we set foot in the door. Their model home is open for inspection from the unfinished areas, to the finished. If we had questions or concerns, there was always someone to speak with us if not immediately, then within a short amount of time. We found Adair's customer service to be outstanding!

We are on our way to building our 2nd Adair home! We love Adair! We are treated with the up most respect from the whole Adair team! They offer a great quality home for our budget! Adair is great! I tell people all of the time how little it costs to have a brand new home built by Adair and their jaw ALWAYS drops.

Building an Adair home was definitely the way to go for us. We were able to do much of the work ourselves which enabled us to save quite a bit of money. In the end we were able to carry our mortgage without Primary Mortgage Insurance (PMI) because we had equity from the very day we moved in!

We became acquainted with Adair in the late 1980's. Our oldest son was a roofing contractor in Bend, Oregon and did Adair Homes. We chose Adair for our retirement home in 1996 and price was the motivating factor. Our three sons are building contractors. They could not compete with Adair's price.

I was surprised how much room there is for my family. It feels a lot bigger than I thought it would. I can't believe how fast the house was built. I know of other houses that started before ours that still aren't finished!

As a single mother Adair Homes has allowed me the opportunity to own a quality, site built home. I will always be grateful to Adair for helping our family.

Adair's subcontractors were very pleasant to work with; they all were very professional in their different trades. The people in the front office have been kind to us and very professional in the dealings of the course of construction.

It has been a pleasure dealing with everyone from Adair, from the salesman to construction workers and superintendents. My home was built sound and looks great. Adair does what they say they will do and with all the pressures of raising a family today, that means a lot.

I want to thank everyone at Adair for all of your help in getting our homes built. From the very first phone call to ask about the homes, to the very last walk through of the finished product, you were all wonderful and very helpful. I will highly recommend you to all my friends.

It has been 30 years since we built our first Adair Home in Portland. I often tell people that you build a great, affordable home and ours has held up very well over the years. There will be a few differences between that one and our new beach house in Waldport that we are currently building, but your outstanding customer service has already been a great help.
