During the site visit the dimensions of the home can be "staked out" to provide you with a great visual of how your new Adair Home will fit on your property. Just as important, your Adair Homes Construction Manager will help you in understanding and guide you in identifying the site development costs associated with building on your property. The site development costs include things like water, power, sewer/septic, roadway, excavation, building permits, etc. Adair Homes provides this service absolutely FREE because we feel it is crucial for identifying your total project cost to see if building a new Adair Home will fall within your comfortable budget.
